WB Daniel T. Streeter, 59, of Andover Township, died Friday, March 17, 2017, at home.
Born in Newark, Daniel grew up in Stillwater, lived in Andover for more than 30 years and was a 1975 graduate of Newton High School. He was a member of the Harmony Lodge #8 F&AM, as well as a lay leader and member of Andover United Methodist Church. Daniel was an electrical engineer at Total Technology, located at Picatinny Arsenal. Through his career as an electrical engineer, he received an award for his participation in the first manned orbital flight of the space shuttle Columbia.
Daniel was predeceased by his father, Thomas Streeter (1989). He is survived by his mother, Catherine (Bird) Streeter, of Stillwater; his sisters, Susan Dell, of Stillwater, and Dianne King and husband, Ed, of Stillwater; two nephews, Thomas and Stephen Dell, of Stillwater; and a niece, Heather Collins-Atkins, of Byram.
A Masonic service will begin at noon Saturday, March 25, followed by a memorial service at the Andover United Methodist Church, 207 Andover Sparta Road, Andover Township (G.P.S. Newton). Memorial visitation will be held at the Andover United Methodist Church on Saturday, March 25, from 11 a.m. to noon.
